Data sources and update status

The bundled stock and ETF directories were created from a user-supplied Nasdaq nasdaqlisted.txt snapshot dated October 13, 2026. They include about 2,731 operating-equity candidates and about 1,292 Nasdaq ETF entries; they are not a complete list of US exchange-traded securities.

Listing candidates were selected from historical recorded flags and name patterns and are not a live exchange list. Separate SEC official-data panels, if available, require ticker and registrant-identifier verification.

Interactive financial calculators use user-supplied assumptions. Optional official SEC companyfacts, filings and publicly released quarterly N-PORT records are loaded by a separate scheduled importer and labeled with original reporting periods. No live quote or analyst-rating subscription is bundled.

Company filings from SEC EDGAR and issuer disclosures should be used to verify reported fundamentals. Publication or redistribution rights for any additional financial market data must be respected.
